At Potty Pals, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed.

During busy periods, launches, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days depending on your location

  • Regional or remote areas may experience longer delivery times

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is included with your shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Potty Pals is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this stage, Potty Pals only ships to New Zealand.
