At Potty Pals, we want you to love your purchase and shop with confidence.
Because Potty Pals are a hygiene product designed for use by little ones, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
Returns & Refunds
We gladly offer refunds or replacements if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order arrives faulty
- You receive the incorrect item
- Your order is missing items
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened products.
If your order is completely unopened, unused, and in original packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we may approve a return at our discretion.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We’ll assess your claim and organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
